INFORMATION RETRIEVAL PROGRAM ELECTRONIC/ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES OF MATERIALS
Abstract
A program was established to collect, index, abstract, compile and evaluate data on the electrical and electronic properties of materials from scientific and technical literature. The program is divided into two phases. Phase I consists of determining and establishing the systems, procedures, and facilities for (1) searching, acquiring, abstracting, and indexing the literature; (2) storing, retrieving, compiling, and evaluating the data; and (3) publishing and disseminating bibliographies, property tables, data sheets, and summary reviews of important topics. Phase II consists of performing the above tasks for two categories of materials: semiconductors and insulators. (Author)
