DEVELOPMENT OF ANALYTICAL DESIGN OF HEAT EXCHANGERS FOR AIRBORNE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

Abstract

An analytical design technique for heat exchanger surfaces was developed for airborne electronic equipment. It is one phase of the over-all development of analytical cooling specifications for such equipment. The results of an investigation performed to determine methods of fabrication of heat exchanger surfaces showed that they could be made with conventional shop facilities. Fabrication procedures are outlined. (Author)
