AN APPROACH TO DERIVING A FORMULA FOR DETERMINING THE COEFFICIENT OF HEAT TRANSFER FROM A GAS TO A WALL BASED ON THE KINETIC THEORY OF MATTER
Abstract
A formula is derived for determining the coefficient of heat transfer from a gas to the walls adjacent to it. The formula, which is based on the kinetic theory of matter, reveals the physical essence of the heat-transfer process. (Author)
