Evaporation runs were made to check out evaporation parameters f the resist r un er development. A new design was made for the lead and efforts were made to complete t e tooling. New ubstrates were finished an the encapsulation metho was checked out. Con iderable work was done on the resistance stop for obtaining the necessary resistance tolerance.
