FLUX LOGIC PERMALLOY SHEET MEMORY
Abstract
Efforts are being made to develop thin permalloysheet memory arrays utilizing multi-apertured elements operated in the inhibited-flux mode, and to develop associated mem ry cir uits. The circuits will take advantage of micromodule and other miniaturization techniques, and a small system will be constructed to demonstrate the feasibility of this type of memory. (Author)
