HIGH-TEMPERATURE DIELECTRIC MEASUREMENTS IN THE VHF RANGE

Abstract

The design of a resonant-cavity, high-temperature dielectrometer operating in the VHF range was presented, together with a discussion of the measurement theory and techniques used. Experimentally determined curves of dielectric constant and loss tangent as a function of temperature were included for numerous dielectric materials that are usable at high temperatures. (Author)
