PEM FOR ELECTROCHEMICALLY ETCHED TRANSISTORS 2N495 AND 2N496

Abstract

Research continued on the design and development of electrochemically etched transistors. The mechanical design of the machine is 50% complete through the assembly layouts. Several subassemblies are ready for manufacture. Investigations are continuing toward the evolvement of the optimum soldering conditions for machine operation. The electrical design of the blank and whisker positioning systems is proceeding on scheule. (Author)
