THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A SPECTROINTERFEROMETER FOR OBSERVATION OF AURORAL AND NIGHT AIRGLOW VISIBLE SPECTRAL LINES

Abstract

An auroral and airglow spectroradiometer was designed and constructed to monitor the intensity of visible emission spectral radiation. The physical theory and design parameters are discussed, and operation of the instrument is detailed. (Author)
