THEORETICAL BASES FOR THE TECHNOLOGY AND PROCESSES INVOLVED IN THE MANUFACTURE OF AIRCRAFT COMPONENTS

Abstract

The book discusses general problems involved in the technology of aircraft construction: methods of providing interchangeability, production methods of increasing labor productivity and reducing production costs, principles for the mechanization and automation of production proces es, planning problem , and the standardization of production processes. There is an examination of the production processes involved in the maufacture of aircraft componen s made of stampings, castings, rolled products, sheets, profiles, and thin-walled tubes. (Author)
