TENTH MATERIALS REVIEW

Abstract

This annotated bibliography to the current U.S. and foreign literature on materials research in the field of polymers, plastics synthetic fibers, and metals and inorganic materials, contains over 300 references to information published primarily in 1961. Approximately 16% of the references are to 1960 publications and 1% to earlier publications. Articles reviewed cover processing methods and equipment, foams, degradation, radiation effects, toxicity, fiber optics, encapsulation, as well as the properties and applications of various plastics.
