X-15 AIRPLANE STABILITY AUGMENTATION SYSTEM

Abstract

The basic damper system currently installed in the X-15 airplane is described. Problems encountered during the development and flight testing of the system are discussed, and the reliability of the system is reviewed briefly. (Author)
