POTENTIAL CURVES AND ROTATIONAL PERTURBATIONS OF CN

Abstract

Potential energy curves for electronic states of CN were calculated from experimental data by the Rydberg-Klein-Rees method. The resulting curves were used to discuss qualitatively the rotational perturbations in the v equals 7 vibrational level of one electronic state. (Author)
