THE PLANETARY DISTRIBUTION OF MAGNETIC IONOSPHERIC DISTURBANCES

Abstract

A comparison is made of the theory that the cause of irregular disturbances of the earth's magnetic field is solar corpuscles penetrating the ionosphere, and observations and experimental data. The movement of electrically charged particles in the field of a magnetic dipole substantiates the observations and theory.
