MATERIALS IN RADIO ELECTRONICS

Abstract

This book sets forth the physics of phenomena occurring in insulating, semiconducting, conducting, and magnetic materials employed in radio engineering, and describes their electrical properties, particularly at elevated and high frequencies, and also presents their physicalchemical and mechanical characteristics. A brief examination is made of the production procedures involved in the manufacture of many materials employed in the radio engineering industry, and the manufacture therefrom of parts and products employed in radio electronics. The book is designed as a text for students in colleges of radio engineering and in the radio engineering, electrophysics, and electronic engineering departments of other higher educational institutions. It may be of value to engineers working in radio electronics. (Author)
