THE NUCLEAR PROPERTIES OF RHENIUM

Abstract

The cadmium ratios of gold, indium and rhenium foils were measured as a function of foil thickness. The gold was used as a standard and the indium served as a secondary standard to check on the procedure. The activation resonance integral of natural rhenium was found to be 694 + or - 28 barns.
