ULTRASONIC GRINDING OF SUPER ALLOYS
Abstract
The design of the ultrasonic spindle was completed and its manufacture 80% complete. An investigation not yet complete was begun covering current industrial grinding conditions for surface, external and internal grinding. Grinding studies are planned for Ti6Al-4V, Rene 41, 15-7 MO, and H-11. (Author)
