ANISOTROPY OF THE MICRO-HARDNESS OF GERMANIUM

Abstract

Relations of the degree of micro-hardness to the orientation of monocrystal of germanium came to light when a great number of measurements of micro-hardness of germanium had been carried out on the apparatus PMT-3 and the data received correspondingly treated. Different ways of treatment of the surface have influence on the degree of micro-hardness of germanium. (Author)
