THE DENSITY STRUCTURE OF THE UPPER ATMOSPHERE OF MARS

Abstract

A model atmosphere has been developed for the planet Mars which is more realistic than the presently available isothermal model at high altitudes. Results of the parametric study conducted in the evaluation of the effect of various layers on the upper level density structure are included. (Author)
