Rain Erosion at Subsonic and Supersonic Speeds: An Annotated Bibliography
Abstract
A search was made of the literature through December 1961 on rain erosion effects on aircraft and missile materials and coatings at subsonic and supersonic speeds. The resultant annotated bibliography is divided in to the following headings: rain erosion mechanisms; test methods and equipment; erosion resistant materials; and indexes.
