SHELL. A COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR DETERMINING THE PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF ARTILLERY SHELL AND RELATED ITEMS

Abstract

The Shell program is a logical device for determining the weight, polar and transverse moments of inertia, total moment of inertia, volume, and center of gravity of artillery shell and related items by means of a computer. This report explains the use of the program and is intended for the engineer who is familiar with the calculations. No knowledge of computers or programming is assumed. (Author)
