Abstract

A description is presented of the programming system that meets the present requirements of the Phase A' Space Detection and Tracking System (SPADATS) Semi-Automatic Center. The program descriptions contain the program specifications. They describe the program function, tell what input data is processed and the kind and form of the output results. Special features important to the understanding of the program operation and to the interpretation of the results are also described. (Author)
