NONLINEAR MICROWAVE DIELECTRIC MATERIALS

Abstract

Test results have shown unambiguously that Ba ions in SrTiO3 act as lattice defects causing an increase of the microwave losses proportional to the B concentration. High temperature microwave data of the dielectric constant were taken for SrTiO3, BaTiO3 and BST-50(Ba.5Sr.5TiO3). Additions to SrTiO3 were studied concerning their influence upon the dielectric constant. (Author)
