RADIATION EFFECTS ON ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS: AN ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY

Abstract

This bibliography was compiled in connection with a study of the radiation effects on electronic equipment. Information was gathered on the eff cts of mixed reactor radiation on transient and damage effect in the electronic equipment. The sources consulted include the holdings of LMSC, Technical Information Center, report literature, recent journals, symposia, and conferences. The abstracts are arranged alphabetically by author. The search was completed in February 1962. (Author)
