PRINTED CIRCUITS AND WELDED MODULES: AN ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY
Abstract
This bibliography is a continuation of SB 61-52 (AD-271 035), 'Printed Circuits and Welded Modules: An Annotated Bibliography,' August 1961, with an expansion of the subjects to include microminiaturization of circuits and components, again considered from the manufacturing research viewpoint. In the search, information was sought on design standards and procedures, on production methods and techniques, and on applications of the abricated items. T HE PRESE T VOLUME, WHICH EXTENDS THE SEARCH TO THE END OF !(>!, HAS FOUR SECTIONS. Section 1 includes references to bibliographies, state-of-the-art summaries, and survey articles. Printed circuits, micromodule assemblies, high-densi y packaging, dot components, encapsulation, and electrical connections re found in Section 2. Microcircuits, thin films, integrated circuits, 2-D circuits, and solid-state devices are treated in Section 3. The results of a cursory search on methods of cleaning electronic components and assemblies appear in Section 4. (Author)
