DEVELOPMENT AND MANUFACTURE OF THE THREE-AXIS INTEGRATING ACCELEROMETER.

Abstract

A three-axis integrating accelerometer is described which utilizes a single test mass to sense acceleration components in any direction. Principles of operation, error compensations, and constructional features of the accelerometer are described. A detailed analysis and parameter study of the pump-restoration servo is included. Detailed test results are tabulated. (Author)
