SOME NOTES ON THE DESIGN OF MICROWAVE STRIPLINE COMPONENTS

Abstract

An account is given of development work in strip transmission lines. Sources of information and of materials are cited. Fabrication processes are described briefly. The designs of typical components, illustrated by ske ches, are discussed in relation to the choice of materials and fabrication processes. The development of semiconductor microwave switches in strip transmission line is considered in some detail, with circuit diagrams and oscillograms of waveforms. (Author)
