THE TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCE OF REACTIONS, WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO CREEP

Abstract

A general treatment is presented of the temperature dependence of the kinetics of multi-step thermally activated reactions. The case of a stress-dependent reaction involving steps with different stress functions is discussed. Observations are included on the process of high temperature creep. (Author)
