ENERGY CONVERSION STUDY OF SEMICONDUCTOR ELECTRODES

Abstract

This work is of a preliminary nature to investigate the parameters of semiconductor electrodes. Four electrodes, lithiated NiO, ZnO, anthracene a d ph nan rene, have been studied. Sample preparation is described, overvoltage, specific reaction rate constants, stoichiometric number, rate limiting steps, exchange currents and equilibrium potentials are determined, and the application of these data to fuel cell technology is discussed.
