EVALUATION OF LIQUID OXYGEN PRESSURE SUIT COOLERS

Abstract

he Service Test Division conducted tests to determine the service suitability of a pressure suit cooler (P/N 134612-1) using liquid oxygen as a cooling agent. Neither the origin l cooler nor the subsequent modified version is acceptable for service use due to unsatisfactory operating characteristics. (Author)
