RAPID TUNNELING EQUIPMENT AND TECHNIQUES

Abstract

A study of existing reports and information for commercial tunneling equipment and methods was conducted to provide information about rapid tunneling, and to determine which equipment can be adopt d by naval construction forces at advanced bases to permit underground operations. An outline is given for a manual on rapid tunneling equipment and techniques.
