OSCAR: OPTIMUM SELECTION, CLASSIFICATION, AND ASSIGNMENT OF RECRUITS,

Abstract

Three mathematical models, adaptable for electronic processing machines, are described in nontechnical terms and illustrated by applications to personnel procurement and assignment problems. Emphasis is on capability for providing management with meaningful information for controlling a complex personnel system. (Author)
