CREEP ANALYSIS OF COMPRESSIBLE CIRCULAR PLATES

Abstract

A creep bending analysis of compressible circular plates is presented. The analysis is based on an iterative procedure applicable in general to such plates subjected to radially symmetric lateral loads. Solutions for moments and deflections are obtained for simply supported and clamped edge circular plates under uniformly distributed loads. (Author)
