Abstract

An optical insert for the Tanker's CBR Protective Mask was developed which may be fitted to tank crew personnel who require visual correction. It is supported in the mask by insertion of its temporal struts into a series of holes in the two rubber protrusions molded to the inner side of the eyepiece channel of the mask faceblank.
