Supplemental tess of the signal, illumination, ground, star, paachute, indicate that the functioning deficiencies were corrected, although some signals faled to reach the requred altitude. As the altitude of function s not considered a ajor deficiency, it is recomended that the star parachute series, XM144, XM145, and XM146, be released for service test prior to conducting the desert and arctic environmental tests.
