HYDRAULIC SYSTEM-ORONITE 8515 PRESERVATIVE FLUIDS-EVALUATION OF

Abstract

Three formulations of preservative fluids were prepared for testing their suitability for protection and storage of B-58 hydraulic units. Test results indicated that from the standpoint of rubber compatibility and oxidation/corrosion stability, Fluid 53839A-R is the most suitable of the 3 formulations for B-58 hydraulic system use.
