REVISED RANDWORD CIRCUITRY AND CIRCUIT CHARACTERISTICS

Abstract

An alloy-junction germanium circuit was developed for medium-speed digital application. The circuits were initially used in a pseudo-random word generator, RANDWORD, and with the exception of the standard flip-flop, will operate up to 750 kcps and +50 C. This report discusses the characteristics of these designs. (Author)
