INVESTIGATION OF GAS LASERS
Abstract
A He-Ne gas laser operating at 1.15 microns was constructed and operated successfully. The laser performance was studied experimentally. Preparations were made for testing a visible He-Ne laser. An experimental investigation of a novel method for pumping the laser with a cold cathode discharge was initiated. (Author)
