THE USE OF AN ELECTROLYTE IN MODEL MHD POWER GENERATORS

Abstract

The problems associated with the use of electrolytes in scale models for tests of MHD generators are discussed. It is concluded that the H rtmann number and fluid Reynolds number must be matched between the model and the full scale device. (Author)
