EFFECTS OF RE-ENTRY PLASMA SHEATH ON TEL5M5TRY TRANSMISSION. PARTI.TELEMETRY AND THE PLASMA SHEATH
Abstract
An initial approach to solution of the complex telemetry-plasa interaction problem is presented. The telemetry system is defined and the complexity of the re-entry plasma is discussed, with emphasis on the unpredictable physical and electrical nature of the sheath. No attempt is made to suggest a rigorous solution because the state-of-the-rt is obviously not well enough advanced. (Author)
