Abstract
Pilot line operation was established in all areas of fabrication. Processes are geared to production quantities for preparation of pre-production samples with a gradual increase toward the pilot production rate needed to produce the 2,000 pilot production samples. The 100 pre-production samples were assembled and evaluation of the devices has begun. A test schedule for evaluation of the samples was prepared and submitted. the fabrication processes are discussed and the material flow is presented. (Author)
