PROJECT 861 COMPUTER PROGRAM SYSTEM. POINTING PROGRAM NOTES

Abstract

The Pointing program is capable of operating in any one of several modes. Latitude of operation has been further enhanced by making parameters of certain program values. Briefly, when the program is read in, it is ready, except for orbit parameters, to produce output on the basis of an arbitrary assignment of master site, mode of operation, parameter values, etc. This configuration stored within the program may be considered the standard setup. If one chooses to depart in any way from the standard setup, he simply tells the program to alter the appropriate values before initiating computation. (Author)
