SUMMARY OF RESULTS OF PRESSURE COEFFICIENT CALCULATIONS FOR A SPHERICAL TIPPED TANGENTOGIVE BODY

Abstract

A REVIEW OF THE RESULTS OBTAINED IN PRELIMINARY WORK CONDUCTED BY THE Naval Ordnance Test Station to develop procedures for the calculation of pressures on practical body shapes using currently available theories and computing methods is presented. A comparison of the calculated results with experimental is to check the validity of the procedures.
