STUDY OF TELEVISION MULTIPLE INSERTION TECHNIQUES

Abstract

Effort was made to explore the technique of television image presentati n in general and specifically to examine certain problems pertinent in the solution of training problems. In this study the means of combining several moving images to form a co posite picture, within a common background, is reported. Video insertion in itself is not new, but the method developed in this study is. Five separate targets may be included at the same time. These targets have the capability of moving independently of each other. Additional data has also been collected on general systems consideration , pickup and display devices, and equipment recommendations. (Author)
