A METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING A LINEAR FERRITE MEMORY DEVICE AND A DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE METHOD

Abstract

A method of constructing a linear ferrite memory device is presented. The number being stored, which is expressed in a binary code, is converted into a quaternary code used for storage, and is converted back into the binary code during readout. A device for implementing the method to reduce the number of elements, a single core is used for each value of quaternary information (two digits of a binary number). (Author)
