NONEQUILIBRIUM FLOW OF AIR IN NOZZLES

Abstract

Certain problems concerning the kinetics of establishing equilibrium between progressive and inert degrees of freedom of molecules at high temperatures in the air are evaluated. The obtained equations which describe monodimensional flow of air during nonequilibrium oscillations and oxygen and nitrogen dissociations, are given. Simple boundary cases were investigated.
