Abstract

Research is reported in the radiation chemistry of petroleum hydrocarbons and the use of nuclear radiation in the petroleum-refining industry and petrochemical synthesis. Studies on the radiolysis of alkanes and the radiation, and thermal stability of aromatic hydrocarbons are presented. (Author)
