HIGH-POWER GAS-DISCHARGE LAMP

Abstract

Xenon gas-discharge lamps, designed in accordance with the principles developed by the authors of the invention, are capable of prolonged and dependable operation, even when connected directly into the circuit without current-limiting devices. These lamps make it possible to economize metals and improve the quality of the illumination. Experiments on the performance of xenon lamps have given positive results. (Author)
