OCTAVE-TUNABLE TUNNEL DIODE OSCILLATORS
Abstract
I DENTIFIERS: Tu nel diodes. The design and characteristics of an octave-tu able tunnel diode oscillator are presented. The oscillator has reasonably constant output power and a straight-line tuning curve. The principal elements of the oscillator are described and applications for tunnel diode oscilla ors are presented. (Author)
