ELECTRICAL POTTING COMPOUNDS - SURFACE AND VOLUME RESISTIVITY AT ELEVATED TEMPERATURES FOR PROTRACTED TIMES (PHASE 11: ELECTRICAL TESTS)

Abstract

Four electrical potting compounds, Product Research PR-1525, Pro Seal 777, GE RTV-60 and 3M EC-1663 were tested to determine their suitability for use for protracted times at elevated temperatures. Volume and surface resistivity specimens and connector specimens were fabricated and subjected to physical and electrical tests. Physical test results are contained in progress report number 1; electrical test results are contained herein.
