TRANSITION METAL COMPLEXES AS POTENTIAL SEMICONDUCTORS

Abstract

Transition metal complexes present interesting possibilities for the elucidation of the factors influencing the electrical conductivities of solids. This research is directed toward a better understanding of the process of electron transport in solids through studies of electrical properties of a series of related complexes.
